Following a Saturday matinee in Boston that graded out as one of the Blueshirts worst efforts of the season, Peter Laviolette's squad is back in the saddle for the second game of the J.T. Miller 2.0 era. Playing in his first game as a Ranger in nearly seven years, Miller made an instant impact by finding the back of the net twice on Saturday. Scoring at even-strength and on the power play, Miller left his mark quickly and will look to keep up his pace while hoping his new/old teammates can follow suit. The Blueshirts couldn't get it done on three days rest against a playoff bubble team in the Boston Bruins, so it'll likely be tough sledding against the Pacific Division-leading Vegas Golden Knights tonight.
